Privacy Policy

Pursivon ("Pursivon", "we", "us") is a goal-planning app operated by ForgeLine Digital Co, 6571 County Road 701, Ripley, MS 38663. Questions about privacy: forgelinedigitalco@gmail.com.

• Account details: your email address and password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and we never see them.
• What you put into Pursivon: the goals you describe, the answers you give in the "Find your direction" quiz, the plans generated for you, and the tasks you save and complete.
• Billing: if you subscribe, your plan and subscription status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never sent to or stored by us.
• Anonymous usage counts: a random ID stored in your browser, the steps of Pursivon you reach (for example starting the quiz or creating an account) and the site that sent you, such as Instagram. We use it only to count how many people use each part of Pursivon. It is not linked to your name or email.
• Shared results: if you choose Share my result, the three goals from your quiz result are saved and anyone with the link can see them. Your quiz answers are never included. To remove a shared result, email us the link.
• Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

• To create your plans and daily actions, save your progress and run your account.
• To process subscriptions and send account emails, such as confirming your address.
• To prevent abuse, for example by limiting how often the AI features can be used.
• To understand what is working and improve Pursivon.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you ask Pursivon for a plan or goal ideas, the text you enter is sent to an AI model provider through Vercel's AI Gateway to generate the response. Please don't include sensitive personal information (such as health details, financial account numbers or passwords) in your goals.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Pursivon, and only as needed:

• Supabase (database and sign-in)
• Vercel (hosting and the AI Gateway) and the AI model provider it routes requests to
• Stripe (payments)
• Authorities, if the law requires it

• You can edit or delete your plans and tasks in the app at any time.
• To delete your account and all of its data, email forgelinedigitalco@gmail.com from the address on your account. We delete it within 30 days.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time with Manage billing on your dashboard.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls on your data, but no online service is perfectly secure. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of an account deletion request, except where we must keep limited billing records by law.

Pursivon is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
