Pursivon, operated by ForgeLine Digital Co, helps you turn goals into plans and daily actions using AI. Pursivon is a planning tool. It does not guarantee any result, and you decide what to act on.

Plans, goal ideas and actions are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. They are not medical, mental-health, financial, legal, career or other professional advice. Use your own judgment, and talk to a qualified professional before making important decisions about your health, money or career.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pursivon. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break it, overload it, get around usage limits, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful.

The goals and information you enter stay yours. You give us permission to process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• The Free plan includes a limited number of AI-generated plans each month.
• Pro ($14.99/month) and Annual ($99/year) are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with advance notice.
• You can cancel at any time with Manage billing on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Pursivon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. You may stop using Pursivon at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
